Dreaming

You told me it was ok to dream.
To believe in fairytale endings.
Living in our world between reality and heaven.
This is our home that we will share forever
Somehow love took control
And the feelings became real.
Wishing you understood
Just how I feel
There is no switch to turn them off.
And I don’t want you to judge
What I said to you was just a thought
I understand the lines that were drawn.
