Dreaming

I was dreaming in the afternoon thinking of a train
The clouds just moved right in thinking it shall rain
So many things in life never seem the same
I look inside myself the answer's in my brain.

I dreamed I was in a circus up on the high wire
Trying to stay the middle but consumed by my desire
One side is my hope the other side is fire
I just closed my eyes and dreamed of going higher.

I awoke from this dream I felt much like a cloud
Just drifting aimlessly hoping it was allowed
Floating up so high the whole world down below
I've been down so many times there's only up to go.

Finally I feel at peace like when the river reaches the sea
All the little pieces join together inside of me
I drift back to the ground like the rain falling down
Little drops of happiness scattered on the ground.

Although it's been quite dark I see a light up ahead
I just open my eyes but I never left my bed
All of these memories that are locked inside of me
Becoming the dreams and all the things I see...

Thanks the analogy fit though we are all like rivers flowing to the sea. We may crest the banks and change course a little but the place to be is th sea:) Take care and thanks for the encouragement who knows what tomorow might bring now and it in psrt because of you:) Mark
