Dreamer

A dreamer sits upon the ground
To watch the world go round and round
From morning light to afternoon
Before the sun has downed.

A dreamer sits upon a chair
To watch their tempers slowly flair
From tender dusk to waxing moon
Before they see him there.

A dreamer sits upon his bed
To watch the dreams within his head
From waxing moon to morning light
Before one tear is shed.

A dreamer sits upon a dream
To watch the world begin to gleam
From day to night and night to day
Before it loses steam.

A dreamer sits…and waits.

Interesting. There are times to wait and times to make it happen. This is a time to watch and wait... Lovely writing
