Dream
Do ever you wonder of wondrous things
of wishes and dream-lands and silvery wings
of hopes and of happiness, furies and fears
worlds where each second extends into years
where every sweet twilight blends into the day
where each passing notion soon withers and fades
where madness and music flows into the night
with songs sung of lovers, adventures and fights
Where limitless oceans sit silent and still
where sailing ships alter their path at your will
no place is off limits no challenge too great
no predestined pathways determine your fate
If ever you wonder as you lay down to rest
if you're ready to weather this life's every test
remember my sweet, when the waking world fades
in the darkness of nighttime another place waits
and in that world boundaries that here hold you sure
will fall down before you and hold you no more
there is nought that can stop you within your own soul
there is nothing to limit your hearts dearest goals
in the world where the laws of this world don't apply
where birds swim the ocean and fish fill the sky
where your hopes and ambitions will shimmer and gleam
the only restriction is what you can dream
