hearts carved in oak tree
love engrained on wooden bark

I cried as rain crashed

lover buried beneath leaves
death awaits sweet rendezvous.

There is a silver lining with all of this...the sweet rendezvous...when we finally meet in heaven! We must look upon the positive or we'll go crazy and we'll never be happy again! I really enjoyed your write today as I have read it this evening! I have been busy all day today and have fallen behind in my daily commenting!
