Drama Addicts

I’ll be the first to admit
It’s most entertaining
To watch drama queens carry on

The passion they express
For the trivial and mundane
Is indeed most amusing

But between you and me
In the reality of everyday
Most prefer what’s predictable

Life seems much more delightful
Without radical highs and lows
And all that drama many do crave

I have worked with people who have to bring stress into every situation. No matter what has happened to you it happened to them harder, meaner, longer, etc. Many of them have high drama daily. I have learned that children like this often live in a high-drama environment. Nothing else makes sense for them, or is tolerated for high-drama is their norm, and they are used to it and crave more. Stressful after a while for sure, for all of us!

Very thought-provoking, Line...Upon reflection, perhaps finding a happy medium between the too predictable and the too dramatic spices life up 'just right.' … Those, my reflections... :) gw

Good drama allowed, I'd agree with that.
