Downfall

Slipping,
Falling,
Screaming,
Calling.

Cold and
shaking, 
heart is 
breaking.

Gasping, 
Blind, 
Your touch
Is kind.

I want
one thing,
 A time 
rewind.

But now
is now, 
And then 
was then.

Choices 
I want,
to make 
again.

I thought
that I, 
was better
gone.

It looks
like I, 
was very
wrong.

I realize 
I,
Was
selfish
 too.

I ran
and did
not think
of you.

But It’s 
too late, 
I’m gone
for good.

But I 
had done,
the best
I could
