Doubts

My doubts of doubts. His force is beyond any in the existence of the paradise. He awes the world with admiration. Death is my deepest fear. He comforts the world with his teachings. The mighty force. The graceful dove. Peace on earth. Suspicion. Doubt. These images of non-existence, they flutter in my head. I cry out at the thought. Hell is worse than this feeling. It haunts me. Heaven. Peace after death. Faith keeps me alive. Without faith I would be a rock, left to crumble on earth forever. God please change these thoughts. But I know he can't. He simply gives me the opportunity. But I fail every time. No creature, being, creation, force, or philosophy can. Self-determination, and faith. Those two will bring happiness forever. God be with you.

Tayler, Welcome to PS! I enjoyed reading your poem. and yes, God can do anything, study His Word and draw strength and understanding from them...never rely on self determination alone, 'cause alone in this flesh, everyday there's a battle going on and we need faith to cast the doubts aside. I know you will like it here..Keep sharing your heart in your poetry. God bless you. Love, Audrey
