Doubts
Should I put my trust into you.
Should I lower my guard down for you.
I'm scared to do so.
So many I've trusted.
I let my guard down for many.
To only regret later.
How do I know you are the one to trust.
Words are so easy to say.
So far your actions speaking truth.
That can change so quickly.
Doubts keep me from moving forward.
I need reassuring, due to recurring
heartbreaks.
