Doubting Thomas

DOUBTING THOMAS

Thomas Doubting did what Doubting Thomas’s do
He doubted he existed, he doubted if he was true
“I am! Therefore, I doubt,” said our doubting Tom
I doubt I had any parents, a dad or loving mom
He doubted all there was to doubt, he even doubted doubt
He doubted he was living life; he was a doubt devout
He doubted he could hang himself, he doubted his demise
Thomas Doubting went to his grave, a surprised look in his eyes
