Doubt

Is God just an illusion Is religion just an institution? People say the dead are looking down on us I wish it were true but don't the dead have better things to do? Are they still a part of this world? haunting and taunting us? Are they deeply disturbed? Or are the removed at peace in a better part of the universe? Have they been reunited with their ancestors? Are they sunbathing and relaxing by a pool? Finally, free from this cruel world? I search for answers but find only more questions the more I learn.
