Door
Why hold on when you can let go
The door that keeps locked up
Why beat yourself up just to roll back in just like before,
Sound of footsteps keep ringing
Everytime you walk out the door,
I know it's not yours still I hold it to a
Little bit of hope,
The wounds keep opening upon me
Still I can't seem to let go and heal,
You cast a shadow of clouds on a sunny day
There's a little bit of hope and whole lot of darkness to deal,
Will I ever see what's past the door?
I've been locked in for a long time I'm sure,
It's the way out so hard to make?
Everytime I try I hear your footsteps ringing the door
