Don'T Tell Me About the Truth
don't tell me about the truth
the richest continent
still remains poor
and here you keep
talking about some
truth
when is obvious
that something is wrong
so let talk about
that very thing wrong
there lies the truth
if not
don't tell me about the truth
oh politician man
oh preacher man
oh teachers
oh people
oh Africans
oh world
let's talk about
the truth
where the truth is
really the truth
don't tell me about the truth
reality is always a clear
way to know the truth
so any truth
not in line with reality
this I don't need
is obvious and clear
that Africa is richly bless
to live beyond poverty
yes we are richer than
the richest
now what is our reality
oh no something is wrong
now let's talk about
that very thing wrong
for their lies the truth
if not
don't tell me about the truth
oh politician man
oh preacher man
oh teachers
oh people
oh Africans
oh world
let's talk about the
truth where the truth
is really the truth
don't tell me about the truth
if you are not of the truth
for somany lies
is what we know now
we have been feed by it
schooled upon it
read about them
and nowadays
somany prefer this lies
cos is easy to live by it
as much as is difficult
to accept the truth
as long as reality exist
with us every day
then the truth can't be hidden
yes upon this reality
we are not free
inside our reality
alot is wrong
and now if you wish
for a truth without reality then
don't tell me about the truth
oh politician man
oh preacher man
oh teachers
oh people
oh Africans
oh world
let's talk about the truth
where the truth is
really the truth
don't tell me about the truth
if Africa feed the west
and the youth in Africa
still rush to live in a continent
it rich nations feeds
then something is wrong
if colonial powers still
systematically controls
our affairs in Africa
then the world is far from
the truth
how can Africa feed the world
with it valuable resources
and still remains poor
leaves me in a wallow of
truth in our reality today
and as I wallow in this deep
well of truths
I could see clearly alot
has happened before and
now
alot lies has been replaced
accepted even believed
as truth
yet reality keep pointing out
too many wrongs
yes alot is wrong in our reality
today
so let's talk about those things
wrong
I tell the world again
there lies the truth
if not please
don't tell me about the truth
oh politicians man
oh preacher man
oh teachers
oh people
oh Africans
oh world
let's talk about the truth
where the truth is
really the truth
