Don'T Promise

Don't Promise

Don't promise me a world I won't see tomorrow,
Don’t promise to heal what can't be fixed, Don’t promise you'll be
By my side when you run off with your friend at night.
When you promise so much then you leave it to someone else
You can't promise to keep me safe so don't stand there with your eye
of innocence I’m tired of your excuse. I’m tired of your promise; I’m tired
of this empty. Don’t promise me anything till you promise you will be by
my side to day to morrow and till the day we die.
