Is it not possible to accomplish your dreams while loving and being loved? A true love will not diminish you or your dreams. I do know at times it is important to be single minded. P.S. your poem is written well, it required no explanation. The explanation takes away from your artistry. Allow your audience to feel your words.

Thank you so much for your appreciation sir! I wanna be Doctor & social worker. In my young age I want to give my best service to the needy poeple by helping them physically, mentally or financially instead of being traped in the quagmire of love, relationship, family & children.
