Don'T Lend Him
When I stop to refill my tank,
I found, I lost my wallet,
I checked my pockets
There was only £1.40p.
After four hours journey,
I also was feeling hunger,
I reached on my destination.
I was terribly confused,
And remembered them
When I was walking along
The railway station,
A person came to me,
And requested, I need £1
I have shortage of my fare,
I want to go to Tamworth.
My friend said to me,
‘Don’t lend him a single penny’
Beggars always harassed travellers.
What was about me?
I have had no alternative
To beg someone.
