Don'T Know How To Use the Word Sorry

How do I say sorry? You have kept secrets from me before! I don't have anything to say fit now. Everything has just happened so fast. I don't show emotions because tears show weakness and I'm not weak. Happiness well that's out of the equation. And anger I'm just good at keeping that inside cause if I do show it I will be in more trouble. I can't say anything because well if I open my mouth all that will come out are things that are better unsaid.
