Dont Judge Me
What do you see when you look at me? The size of my body… then you don't see me…stop judging me.
What do you see when you look me? the colour of my skin... then you don't see me…stop judging me.
What do you see when you look at me? My short nappy black hair ...then you don’t see me …stop judging me.
What do you see when you look at me? You don’t see me…you are too busy judging me.
The size of my body doesn’t tell you who I am.
The colour of my skin is not the definition of who I am.
My short cut hair only speaks to my style, it's not who I am, stop judging me.
What do you see when you look at me ...ask me who I am…a phenomenal woman...yes...that's me, that’s who I am ...what do you see when you look at me...a praying woman...yes, that’s me...yes…you finally seeing me.
