Dont Cry

Don't cry my child
I won't forget the day we met
And I cry as you cry
Inside the womb
A cold bleak world
You said goodbye without seeing my face

Don't cry my child
I won't forget the day we met
And I cry as you cry
Lifeless body
Your soul said
I Love you dad unembrace

Don't cry my child
I won't forget the day we met
And I cry as you cry
You entered this world
And went away
Knew the pained I felt

Don't cry my child
I won't forget the day we met
And I cry as you cry
I am weeping through the storm
As dark days tried to elude me
Tiny hand held a candle for me

Don't cry my child
I won't forget the day we met
And I cry as you cry
Still I longed to see you
For how long my child
Still I'm hurt, it hurts.
