Dont Critize Me
Has any one every asked you “ARE YOU CRAZY”
And afterwards you think to yourself ‘AM I’
What constitutes crazy
Is trying to get to kids to play quiet for 1 hour
Is answering phone, text message, and instant message at same time, wondering what you said to either
Is it helping an elderly lady with her grocries at the store, to drop a bottle of orange juice just as it starts in the trunk
Is it laughing so hard you cry when you sister falls on floor even when you hope she isn’t hurt but you laugh even more
Is it when you are awake from a sound sleep at 3 in the morning wonder how did I get this much laundry
Is it cooking dinner with 3 kids in floor and you are thankful you didn’t have more
Is it listening to your husband tell the same story for the millonth time and still smiling cause he is the greatest thing
Is it hearing your granddaddy telling you that’s hot you will get burned but you touched it anyway just to be sure
Is helping a friend you thought was in need, to hear them tell someone else there was no need
Is it going into the same room twice to find you don’t know what you were looking for
Is it putting ice cream in the pantry and sugar in freezer for the second time
Is it showing your daughter how to slip in slide to break a rib oh my goodness why
Is it driving through texas just so you can say you been there
Is coloring you hair to cover the gray and look up to find fusica around your face
Is leaving home think wow I look great and someone takes your picture oh what a mistake
Is the first time you hear your mothers voice come out of your own mouth
Is it the things you remember or the things that you don’t
WELL AS YOU CAN SEE I MAY BE CRAZY BUT I AM ME.
