Don'T Blame God

Don't blame God

When I die and go to rest
Don't blame God for I am blessed

When Christ comes back and the trumpet is blown
I will arise and with Him I will go home

I did things that were wrong
I don't blame the devil for my own song

I wrote the words by the choices I made
I accepted the temptations that the devil gave

I have suffered for the things that I have done
And I have repented and am redeemed by Gods Son

You may hurt and you may cry
You may question and wonder why

Someone that you loved has passed away
And you are left alone to stay

But God has not forsaken you
It was just my time and my life was due

We all have a death to pay
Because of sin that we commit each day

But Christ was sent to redeem us all
Just repent and answer His call

Then one day when the rapture comes
We will meet again in the air with His Son

Then ever with the Lord we will be
Alive and well and forever free
