Don't be tools of fools
Franklin Roosevelt led us during World War 2
Nazi propaganda said he was a Jew
They said Rosenfeld was his real name
Was nonsense fair in their war game?
Elon Musk's "X" was a tabula rasa
You had to believe a poster if he said he was from Gaza.
Then "X" put in a feature to show where they're from
Turned out Poland and India, at least for some.
But heck, why not lie, in the service of greater truth?
Nobody will know, nobody ask for proof.
In war, persuasion helps against the foe
Why not manipulate, take it as far as you can go?
A Jewish plan was discovered for world domination.
The Tsar of Russia realized it was a fabrication.
Though he didn't like Jews, he refused to use it as a tool.
It went around the world anyway, like rocket fuel.
Nazis said Americans were gullible and naive.
Emotionally swayable and easy to deceive.
The Soviets said you could manipulate
fan the peace movements, and any racial hate
In 2016 Russians played both sides online.
Right wing, left wing, all by design.
They posted pro-Trump, and anti-Muslim pages.
But also posed as Black activists, on our online stages.
A radical once said "The cause is never the cause"
The idea is to get society in left wing claws.
They march to recruit and radicalize
If you are at war, why not adopt a disguise?
Lots more examples, you could inspect
But obviously lies show a lack of respect
They make you a tool, of those who believe
That you are moldable clay, so easy to deceive.
