Don't be Fooled

Don't be fooled by his smiling teeth.
They hide malevolence beneath.
And I advise that you never slight
him because of his squatty height. 
If you're feeling fast and cocky,
recall, a croc is swift and stocky.

those creatures scare the pooh out of me. They don't look like they can move quickly, but they definitely can run faster than me. No thank you!

Oh, those suckers are fast and ruthless. Not near me but allegators are in the large pond/small lake across the street and the river behind our house. Though they have plenty to eat, they still scare me. Today I saw 3 blind armadillo babies (blindness is inherent to them) eating, Mom nearby. A worthy sight. Poem is as clever as ever when you thusly endeavor. Are there 3 crocodile poems I'm a wondering? Poetry hugs ... CayCay

Haha, I don't actually know anything about crocs, so I'll probably just stick to this one. I've never seen a croc or armadillo in the wild. That's cool that you saw armadillo babies!
