Donna the Petition Lady
Donna is at the door.
We think of her as the petition lady.
She brings them over at a fast pace.
Always angry about something or somebody.
Donna’s dementia has taken over her life.
She is 96 years young.
It is easier to sign the petitions than to say no.
No means she is coming in to convince us.
This week I have signed a petition…
To keep aliens on the Mars.
To take our government back from terrorists.
To make an AK-47 bullet cost ten thousand dollars.
Maybe her best petition yet.
