Done So Done

I’m done so done, keeping on a love long gone, paying on a girl who left me for a bad song, living my days like a dog gone wrong. This dog is done. So you hitched your wagon to a shooting star, burning out the lights still hitting all the bars, dancing your nights with a man gone wrong. Go have your fun. I ain’t no king kong sing along, Falling like a fool when you want a little something, Dropping ev’rything when it’s gonna add for nothing. I’m done so done. And you keep me like your lost and found, waiting for your call then you never come around, list’ning for your walk that never comes along. Looks like he won. Hiding your eye behind all that makeup, drowning me in tears that’ll disappear, knowing later on the two of you will make up. He ain’t the one. I ain’t no king kong sing along, Falling like a fool when you want a little something, Dropping ev’rything when it’s gonna add for nothing. I’m done so done. We used to lay in a song with no whys, and I’d wake up girl just watching your rise, then you’d open your eyes and I’d lay between your lies, you were my sun. You’ve had your run. I’ve gotta ticket on the next bus out. I’m tired of your tricks, your same ol’ same, I’ll see you girl. Go play your games, I’m done so done. I ain’t no king kong sing along, Falling like a fool when you want a little something, Dropping ev’rything when it’s gonna add for nothing. I’m done so done.
