Domestic Violence Domestic War

while there is man, 
there will be violence, 

while there is man, 
there will be war, 

history, in it self has 
made little impact 
your future? your kids? 
whats in store? 

for some mans' desire for power 
at any price family destruction, 
he'll protect his pride with corruption! 

domestic violence, at the forefront, 
war at societies backdoor, 

tell me, is mans' lack of self-esteem 
lack of understanding 
lack of communication 
his anti-social behavior 

is he a co-dependant cripple? 
what excuse shall you give him? 

domestic violence, is war 
dispersion of a family- 
community disruption 

for man, the few are getting fewer 
maybe soon there will be none 
more and more children, as a result 
are getting left behind, 

families, the community, and maybe 
even the globe could relax 

if man reduced the domestic violence 
and stopped military attacks 

...stopped sharing lethal weapons...
...with hostile foreign neighbors...
allowing men to be boys...and boys
with lethal weapons are just that
"the dummy with a violent pacifier"

if man took care of his own- 
his own can take care of the world? 

who is to blame for all the violence, 
listen! listen! as it creeps up behind
us its deafening...
I hear silence... 
...silence predicted for this
world...
