Dolphins
They scatter all over above the beautiful reefs,
often times somersaulting over the ocean.
For a moment I get lost in their celebration;
yes, celebrating to be alive!
A sense of being alive gets reborn in me
gradually, as the sun sets into the horizon.
"What do you want to be when you grow up?"
"Happy!"
That's what I would have told my teacher
years back as a kid......
