Dollar Rolls Trolling Souls

The battle continues for the very soul,
    Among the PGA golfing elite.
Causing many to once again question,
'Just how much is enough' to compete?

The knife creating this divide, is of
    Course, the almighty buck.
Where we're not talking about a minimal
Wage; but amounts that need a Brink's truck.

With surgical precision the scalpel has
Severed, both friendships & associations alike.
Creating voids that appear like a vacuum,
Swallowing debris from a leaking dyke.

This greed goes beyond one's compensation,
Because these amounts will care for generations to come.
All it takes is a compromise with integrity,
While you LIV with luxury, albeit numb.

Those who've given up their integrity for those almighty bucks have lost the respect of many, and not just golfers. Good points, Timothy.
