DOGS ‘N CATS

ya gotta love ‘em
some dude said, long, long ago
ya gotta feed ‘em
do these and they”ll love ya back
then keep ‘em warm, away from harm

You certainly "keep them warm and away from harm".:) I think the predators all have you flagged with cautionary notes. They do this not out of fear, but repect! Love, Mikki

simply said.........but yes.....that is all it takes to be rewarded with love. (Just this past weekend I took my young grandson to our local shelter with hopes to adopt a new dog....... I wanted to bring them all home !! Both of us did.....so sad to leave even one behind!........and the good news, is that he found one, a golden retriever 1 year old....I think he's a keeper!!)

I love this short and sweet poem, Daver. Glad you are feeling better. I think you did a typo in the title of this poem. Luv, Andrea
