Does Your Love Hurt As Much As Mine

does your love hurt as much as mine?
like tears that cannot fall
or a sun that cannot shine

does your love hurt as much as mine?
like a broken spring that can't unwind
or lost child you cannot find

does your love hurt as much as mine?
so deep the hurt i cannot mind
like a sinking ship in the brine

does your love hurt as much as mine?
a slow pain death i cannot find
a bleeding heart a broken mind

does your love hurt as much as mine?
oceans of tears fall not find
painless pain emotions blind

does your love hurt as much as mine?
there is no pain like love can bind
a perfect oasis a perfect time

does your love hurt as much as mine?
like a missing limb you try to find
or the kind of pain that turns you blind

does your love hurt as much as mine?
