Does She Ever Speak of Me

Does she ever speak of me while she's roaming all around
Does she ever say she's sorry for the way she put me down
Does she still have the prettiest, bluest eyes in town
Tell me now, does she ever speak of me?
I wonder if she realizes what she did just wasn't right
I wonder if she cries when there's no one else in sight
I wonder if she reaches out for me in the middle of the night
Tell me now , does she ever speak of me?
Does she still light up a room just by walking in the door
Does she still turn people's heads when she walks across the floor
Does she ever let you know what her heart is longing for
Tell me now, does she ever speak of me?
I wonder if she knows that I loved her from the start
I wonder if she knows that I prayed we'd never part
I wonder if I asked her if she would return my heart
Tell me now, does she ever speak of me?
Does she still wear a scarlet ribbon in her golden hair
Does she ever talk about me and the times we used to share
Does she ever close her eyes and wish that I was there
Tell me now, does she ever speak of me?

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
