Does he?
Manger-babe, promise-born,
life for life torn.
So God’s son dies?
Dies for love;
Does he?
And lives to love:
loves me –
however found.
He does?
Does he?
Alive,
forever-more-love?
Yes.
Whatever else?
Yes.
