Doctor Owl Fable

In the Forest of the Petite Pierre
Animals lived without despair
One day bear started itching everywhere
He went to doctor owl who stayed near

Owl said it was contagious, would spread to everyone
Stay at home don't touch anyone
Bear took medicine and went back home
Everywhere he did roam

He infected animals wherever he went
Infection spread to a great extent
In front of owl's clinic, there was a big line
Doctor told "To your house please confine"

No one obeyed his request
Increasing patients, doctor was in distress
He decided to mend their way
Closed clinic, went away

Without doctor all got scared
Going out, now no one dared
Back after few days owl said,
"What I say put it in your head"

"If you don't follow me I will go away
Set up clinic in another place far away"
All got scared went out only to eat or hunt
Infection disappeared when no one did any stunt

"If our authorities are strict with all
I am sure cases of corona will fall"
