Doctor Are You Crazy

Coughing up phlegm
from end to end
struggling to breathe
since December

Where do I begin?
Please go to the doctor I urge him.
But he is a man
All macho and stuff

Break down and go?
What would a doctor know?
I am a male you see
Strong as a tree

Cough cough cough
Hack hack hack
I will continue coughing my phlegm
You do not realize, it is my prerogative, I am a him.
