Do You Rest Without Me

I see you in my dreams of late,
pictures lost in a memory.
Beauty of the timeless kind.
the one I cannot forget.

Can you just discard me so,
without a second thought.
Here I am without you,
dreaming you be mine again.

You mean the world to me, my sweet
no others can ever compare.
Sparkling eyes never lie,
for when you think of me.

When you close down to sleep,
how does your heart despair.
I am forever yours my love.
It has been so long for us...
