Do You Remember the Falling

Do you remember the falling?
Where days were filled with want
Where each movement of time could never turn fast enough..
Anticipation for the time together, could not be contained
Like trying to hold a river within a glass jar..
A thousand miles between, evaporated...
A thousand smiles between, accumulated...
I shall never forget the way my name fell from your lips,
Lips that I could endlessly explore..
I will never forget how the moon held your image
Shadows formed your brow, light softly caressed your cheeks...
Days will always pass, yet the truth remains..
Love was real and as scorching as the rays that leave the sun....TAH

It sounds like you have fallen- into the love. In love with the one that curls around your thoughts. This is so beautiful and romantic. Your words capture the emotions of your heart. That sweet ache. ~ Brandy
