Do You Realize

I just wanted to know, do you realize...
that we are one human race, 
not separated by religions or countries.
That all our fighting and wars, 
will lead to our destruction and extinction.

I just wanted to know, do you realize...
that less than one percent of the world, 
owns sixty percent of its wealth.
That each day we live and eat, 
34,000 children die of starvation.

I just wanted to know, do you realize...
that extreme happiness, 
makes you cry.
That 75% of people, 
hate their jobs.

I just wanted to know, do you realize...
that each day we are fighting a war, 
not with another country, but with ourselves.
That the planet we live on, 
is just floating in space.

I just wanted to know, do you realize...
that everyone you know, 
someday will die.
That you are more beautiful, 
than you could ever imagine.
