Do You Feel Me...

Teetering…

on that prolific edge of mediocrity

Groping…

like some street-ravaged whore in the darkness

Clinging…

to that abstract formality of “us”

Drowning…

as you lie, complacent, in your nothingness

Hi Lisa, I've written a cello piece inspired by your poem. It perfectly describes the emotions and character I was looking for! How do you feel about having your poem printed on the cello player's part and in the programme? I'm not making money out of the performance so this isn't an amazing publishing deal (sorry!). My website is jennyjacksoncomposer.com if you want to know more about me. The concert is part of this festival: www.samfest.uk My piece 'Teetering' is being performed on 11.11 Jenny
