Do You Ever Think of Me?

Do you ever think of me
in stretches of the night?
Do you every think of me
as darkness turns to light?

Do you ever think of me
when hearts are on display?
Do you every think of me
when dreams come out to play?

Do you ever think of me
when thoughts turn into rhyme?
Do you ever think or me
when love demands your time?

Do you ever think of me
when pain touches your day?
Do your ever think of me
when you kneel down to pray?

I confess, I think of you
more often than I should
I confess, I think of you.
I'd stop it if I could

I confess, I think of you
Each thought comes with a smile
I confess, I think of you
It makes my time worthwhile

Let us linger in this place
where thoughts are wild and free
Let us linger in this place
of thoughts of you and me

Oh, what a delightful and uplifting poem this is, my dearest friend, Eileen! No heart would dare to answer such tender questions negatively! I love it, and each time I will think of you, this poem will come to mind! Blessings!
