Do Not Take Health For Granted
I used to run circles around other people.
Seventeen years ago I lost weight and was buff.
I had muscles in my legs.
I had energy attached to my energy.
Since that time I tore my meniscus and ACL.
I bruised a bone in my leg.
Developed arthritis in both ankles.
I am no longer running circles.
I have gained weight.
I barely remember what being buff felt like.
Seventeen years has changed me in many ways.
Health is everything. D
o not take it for granted.
Enjoy every good day.
Do what you can while you can.
