Do Not Let Anyone Know Your Sorrow

Do not try to let anyone know your sorrow
For in the end, that person too
Is merely a being who will cook and consume your tears

Grieve all by yourself
And wipe away your tears at once

In the very place where you linger,
Everywhere you go,
How can you be so blind to the truth
That someone is quietly dancing just for you?

"Foolish humans!"

Put your faith in that sun
Does it not always, faithfully remain by your side?

"Do you still harbor doubts?"
The sun will never, ever betray you.

And when the sun finally sets,
The moon, just for you,

Blooms into a carrot flower
And gently bathes you in its light once more.
