Do As I Say

At crawling stage you learn for good That floor speck doesn’t taste like food. The stove is hot, do not touch lest You dare to put it to the test. Don't fake big tears as false alarm - Crying wolf fable brings more harm. Now son, your real struggle and strive Starts to go on in adult life. Do not knock up your date unless You're on one knee and she says yes. Grey matter matters, not the size. Don't drink and drive, no compromise! When come of age you must consent - Either move out or pay half rent. Trust me, age is not a number, Getting there will more encumber. Say no to drugs and holly smokes - Respect your loving, wise old folks! My twelwth not last advice to you - Do as I say, not as I do! February 8, 2023
