Distraction

I see the path that leads to a brighter future, but as I start on this journey my minds get’s
distracted by the performance of lights and glamor. I try to stay focus on the path that
leads me to a better future, but my legs are attracted to this entertainment of amusement,
like bugs are attracted to bright lights. I find myself in deep waters surrounded by sharks
and man eating demons. What has my legs done, no space no chance to run, I think this is it
I maybe done! Because I know that this diversion has taken me away from the path of a
brighter future. I hear a voice so I open my eyes, to my amazement I have reached the end
of my path in which I first started. The voice I heard told me I most go through something to
get to something! But even with all the distraction in the world they cannot take you away
from the path that I have set before you. I am here for you even when you think that I’m
not! “For I will never leave you nor forsake!” Hebrews 13:5
