Distant
Dark figures in a mist,
I'm running forward to catch them.
But it all seems so distant,
Distant enough to convince me,
That I'm alone in the cold,
Running after things that aren't there.
I know you are watching me,
But I cannot find you within,
Every figure I see, vanishing to thin air,
In every time I reached out.
Tears running across my numb cheeks -
I'm not feeling your hand to hold on.
Cuz you're distant and out of reach.
*Being ignored is the worst form of bullying. Do you agree? It is what I feel.
