Dissension

Christ founded the church for believers as a calling,
but dissension in many churches is appalling.
He wants harmony, not disquieting,
we should be pleasing to our loving King.
Some people have felt turned away,
some for being gay.

How can we serve God united,
when some are slighted,
The church is His bride,
He will come for her in a blessing time,
set your eyes and hearts on He who reigns,
let the church be welcoming and not cause pain. ~

Regina Elliott August 7, 2024 at 4:30 AM Hi Gershon, I was just telling Tom that I know a young family that as prospective new members of a church recently went to the church's July cookout.
