Disrobe
Shall I wish for skin that’s traced
beneath these roughened hands,
To soak my soul, release my core
into your porous glands?
Shall I wish for breath that’s held
anticipated want?
To bait the path from whence you came
to tease me and to taunt?
Shall I wish for tongue to taste
your words of sweet delight?
Before they reach the open door
enclose your mouth with might?
Shall I wish for sword to pierce
your hidden skin revealed?
Encompass long lost abstinence
you’ve kept so well concealed?
Shall I wish you’ll harbor me
I crave with all I am
For only you can now disrobe
the darkness from this man
