Notes About The Poem

Dismay Matters

She dubs
worn thin
sounds
that assault
bounce back
further spread
in barbed spikes
of dark and
ruby delicacy

mutters
of consternation
furthermore,
panics
she will
break or
go down
in tears

screeches
 fill her
dreams
her mouth
her ears

Her trepidations resonate through your words. Poignant vibes well conveyed, Lasaad.

Very descriptive work you have done in this one. She does look forlorn. Your visit to my page was encouraging. Sara

She stands as a boulder of frozen sorrow. The panic and consternation she experiences are powerfully brought out. A very poignant poem.... .
