Dishing Out Fair
You can't dish out fairness like you do lollies,
As what is fair for one is not fair for all.
Sooner or later you will be dishing out unfairness,
As you try to please all.
Communities may be better judges of what is fair,
Than central government.
Red tape is an obstacle to fair,
And greed is another.
The best we can hope for is that
Those dishing it out show up to hear what others fear.
