Disguise Mask
Though outwardly I seem to put on
or display a Cheshire cat like grin
Does that represent what I actually
in realty do feel inside
Or have I rather just become impervious
to hiding my interpretation better
Knowing that not either I nor anyone
else
Gives a damn wishes to know or even
would be bothered enough to care anyway
The only 1 true fundamental difference
if we take the time to read in between
the lines
Is though we may in fact be able to on
the outside outwardly disguise and
pretend to smile and act happy
We simply cannot do the same take
or make the pain disappear or go away
that we feel on the inside
Because the only thing that matters
in the end after all and really counts
Is what is on the inside looking out
not the facade we choose to put on
All depends on whether or not you are
willing to sneak a peek behind the
curtain
Or simply rather prefer not to know what
the show was inspired by what it takes to
make it or in regards to
