Discriminatory Death

death doesn’t discriminate between our saints and our sinners. it just takes and takes and takes. it takes what it wants, when it wants, and how it wants. it doesn’t care if we are ready for it to take or if we have said goodbye. it takes when we least expect it and revels in our pain. we can’t do anything about it but wait for the same thing to happen to us. but it doesn’t make it hurt any damn less.
